FEB

2027

Originally formed in 2023, by the Wauchope Yesteryear Truck and Machinery Club alongside a small handful of passionate Walcha local machinery enthusiasts, the event was created to celebrate Australia’s rich farming, transport, and machinery heritage.

Since its beginnings, the show has continued to grow each year, bringing together vintage trucks, tractors, stationary engines, classic vehicles, exhibitors, and families from across the region for a unique community-driven event that proudly continues today.

Held on the third weekend of February each year, the show offers something for everyone in the family, featuring a huge kids’ corner alongside live demonstrations, displays, entertainment, swap meet stalls, and interactive attractions. One of the major highlights of the weekend is the parade through the CBD of Walcha, where vintage and classic machinery, trucks, tractors, and vehicles proudly cruise through town for locals and visitors to enjoy.

The show is proudly supported and funded by the local community and businesses through countless volunteer hours, donations, and generous monetary sponsorship, helping ensure the event continues to grow year after year. Community focused at its core, all proceeds from the show are donated back into local charities, community groups, and organisations, supporting the Walcha region while preserving and celebrating Australia’s machinery and transport history for future generations.
